Welcome, I’m Andrew

I’m a counsellor dedicated to helping people find clarity, healing, and resilience in their lives. I believe that no matter what challenges we face, change is possible when we feel truly heard and supported.

My approach is rooted in compassion and respect. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself and talk openly about what’s on your mind. Every person’s journey is unique, which is why I tailor my support to your individual needs, goals, and pace.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, or simply a sense of being “stuck,” counselling can provide a space to untangle your thoughts and emotions. Together, we can explore patterns, build understanding, and discover practical ways to create meaningful change in your life.

I don’t see counselling as giving advice or offering quick fixes—it’s about walking alongside you, helping you uncover your own strengths, and supporting you as you find a path forward that feels authentic and empowering. Over time, this process can bring greater self-awareness, healing from past hurts, and resilience to navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and clarity.

If you’d like to take the first step, you can get in touch with me here.

My Background

With a strong foundation in counselling and mental health, I draw on evidence-based approaches while keeping sessions practical and grounded in your unique needs. Over the last three years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, each with their own story, and I’ve seen the strength that comes from having the right support at the right time.

How I Work

  • Client-Centred – You set the pace; I walk alongside you.
  • Integrative – Drawing from different therapeutic approaches to find what works best for you.
  • Safe & Confidential – A professional, supportive space to explore whatever you’re facing.

Why Counselling?

Life can feel overwhelming, uncertain, or isolating at times. Counselling provides an opportunity to pause, reflect, and discover new ways forward. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you uncover your own strength and create meaningful change.

A Bit About Me

Outside of counselling, I enjoy photography, spending time outdoors, watching football and listening to music. I find that balance and self-care are just as important for me as they are for my clients.

Let’s Begin

Reaching out for counselling can feel daunting, but it’s also a powerful first step toward growth and healing. If you’d like to explore how we could work together, I’d be glad to hear from you.
