Welcome, I’m Andrew
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when life feels heavy or confusing. My role is to offer a calm, safe space where you can talk openly, explore what’s going on, and begin to make sense of your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with people who are struggling with things such as anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship problems, grief, and difficult life changes. You don’t need to have the “right words” or know exactly what you want from counselling — we can work that out together.
My approach is gentle, collaborative and grounded in empathy. I listen without judgement, I’m honest, and I offer support that fits who you are and what you need. Therapy with me isn’t about being told what to do. It’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply, feel more in control, and find ways forward that genuinely work for your life.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply wanting space to reflect, you’re welcome here.
My Background
With a strong foundation in counselling and mental health, I draw on evidence-based approaches while keeping sessions practical and grounded in your unique needs. Over the last three years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, each with their own story, and I’ve seen the strength that comes from having the right support at the right time.

How I Work
- Client-Centred – You set the pace; I walk alongside you.
- Integrative – Drawing from different therapeutic approaches to find what works best for you.
- Safe & Confidential – A professional, supportive space to explore whatever you’re facing.
Why Counselling?
Life can feel overwhelming, uncertain, or isolating at times. Counselling provides an opportunity to pause, reflect, and discover new ways forward. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you uncover your own strength and create meaningful change.
A Bit About Me
Outside of counselling, I enjoy photography, spending time outdoors, watching football and listening to music. I find that balance and self-care are just as important for me as they are for my clients.
Let’s Begin

Reaching out for counselling can feel daunting, but it’s also a powerful first step toward growth and healing. If you’d like to explore how we could work together, I’d be glad to hear from you.
